Rogue is the correct spelling of “a person outide the accepted organization” such as in a “rogue” nation. “Rouge” is a red makeup to put on the cheeks of ladies. Someone needs to correct the http://goingrogue.net link address. Does the one there work?
The bull’s eye does not suggest non-violent confrontation. It encouragees those persons who might be prone to violance. Good catch!
