FROM BARB ROBERTS::
In my first email about this, I said AFSC is WILLING to charter a bus. I wanted to make that distinction because we are not chartering until we get some commitment FIRST that people actually want to go. If people commit NOW we will book and pay for the bus. If, on the other hand, everyone waits until the last minute to decide, there probably will be no bus. If you want to go, please let me know by this Wednesday. If we don’t have commitments for at least 25 people, we will not book. As with any nonprofit, we cannot afford to lose a couple of thousand dollars on an empty bus. So far, I’ve gotten just one person.
